YYYYEEEESSSS!!!!!

Hi. My name is Brianna Elise Mingledorff and I have a learner's permit. YEAH!!! I think I'm the best driver I've ever seen. My favorite part of driving is turning on the blinker and listening to the clickey noise the steering wheel makes when I turn. My least favorite part is when I have drivers behind me and they're like 3 feet away. Especially when I have to hit the brakes. I'm always scared they're going to smash into me and turn me into mush.

Anyways, aside from the very small factor of fear, driving is fabulous... at least it is now that I don't have to drive a stickshift...

Band is for cool kids

Hey everyone.
Well, it's Stake Conference day and so we don't have to be at church until 1:00. So I'm blogging.
Our band (concert band, not marching band) is going to go to Alabama and play for a bunch of judges in like 6ish months!!! We applied quite a while ago and got accepted, and only 3 bands get accepted!!! (I think like 50 applied). so anyways, we don't know what we're going to play yet, but when we get kind of an idea we'll let you know!!!
Marching band is going very. At the first game we had all of our drill on the field! For those of you who don't know, we are playing Summon the Heroes (which is some kind of Olympic fanfare), Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, and Duel of the Fates. I think we look pretty darn good, and I also think our drum majors are incredible... :)
We'll possibly put a video of the show up soon. If we can figure out how to do it...

What's happenin'

Mom and Dad
Dad is currently running for Superior Court judge, as all of you hopefully know, and his campaign is very successful so far!!! yay dad! He is also teaching Sunday School at church, the 16 and 17 yr. olds, (Priests and Laurels) and he teaches preisthood every second sunday.
Mom and dad are both working hard at getting the house sold, and we are scheduled for a bunch of people to come see the house. Mom is doing an AMAZINGLY AWESOME job and keeping things running smoothly, even while all of this stuff is going on. She is teaching Ryan and Kaylyn pre school out of their handy-dandy workbooks, and they are 2 of the smartest kids I think you will ever find. (Except for Addison, of course=>) Mom has taught Ryan how to read already, and on top of all that she manages to keep the house clean, food on the table, and be a fantastic mom!
